Specifically, we offer solutions towards personal alarm, access control and home automation solutions for home care organizations, grouped living and real estate projects.

What will you do?

For each project, you will ensure that the installation, integration, commissioning and training of users and go-live are managed properly. You will work closely with our sales engineers, project IT specialist and installation team based in Tiegem and Hasselt.

• You will study the sold project with the sales team who will guide you through the project. 
• You will further prepare the project, draw the execution plans, place orders for materials and create a schedule in connection with the works to be performed
• You coordinate and check everything to make sure it's right. Is everything going according to plan, is the schedule being met, are they staying within budget?
• You will follow up on works, attend site meetings and make intermediate progress.
• Your duties are therefore both administrative and on-the-field.
• Constantly ask yourself and others questions about the process and monitor quality, progress and agreements made.
• You are a key link and responsible for the proper execution of the project
• You are close to the client and colleagues. You know what is going on, so you have the information you need to bring your project to a successful conclusion. But also to offer your clients what they need from the knowledge you have about the Act With Care portfolio.
• In this way, as a Project Engineer, you are the indispensable link for your clients and our internal employees. 
• In more detail, your job consists of:
  - Properly deliver and manage assigned projects in terms of scope, time, quality and predetermined budget. 
  - Deploy appropriate standards, processes, tools to successfully deliver projects to clients.
  - Keeping involved parties informed and sounding the alarm when necessary.
  - You provide feedback internally and make recommendations to both the sales team and the            
    technical people to competitively bid and execute projects more efficiently. 

What do you need?

• Minimum Bachelor level (or equivalent through experience) with knowledge of electricity, ICT and/or telecommunications;
• Good knowledge of cloud computing and network topology;
• You are computationally accurate, methodical, punctual and competent in the analysis of your files; 
• You work autonomously, but are also a team player;
• You have a working knowledge of French and English; 
• Able to analyze construction plans and electrical schematics;
• Minimum five years of work experience, gained:
  - As a project engineer/supervisor
  - in the world of electricity, IT, telecommunications
  - Experience in healthcare or safety & security is a plus.
